Our Mission
Our mission at JD Strength and conditioning is to help empower you to avoid these mistakes. You will receive the most accurate up to date information on exercise and nutrition. You will also be provided with clear actionable steps you can take to help you achieve you goals, whatever they may be.
You will have a fun, flexible plan that will account for you as an individual. Your program will be refreshed on regular basis to keep it challenging and interesting to help you achieve results far beyond what you thought was possible.
HOW DO WE DO THIS?
We follow a four step process
Step 1 – Consultation
We sit down with you and get to know you as a person. What your needs are, what your fears are and how we can best help you achieve your goals.
Step 2 – Assessment
We do a full assessment including metabolic health screen, body composition, movement screen and fitness test. The results from this are matched with your goals and develop the best program to help you get where you want to be.
Step 3 – Train
You will be brought through every training session fully supervised by a qualified trainer to ensure you are getting the best out of every training session.
Step 4 – Refine
Improving your health and fitness is a long term process and we will work with you every step of the way along your journey. We will chat regularly to find what is working for you and what isn’t so we can constantly tweak and amend your program to ensure you are getting the maximum out of your time.
