Obesity is rising year after year with no end in sight.
Corn, wheat and soy the 3 main ingredients farmers use in their feed to fatten animals before slaughter.
The next time that you go to the supermarket and pick up something. Have a look at the ingredients list on the back. I have no doubt it will contain 2 or 3 of these magic ingredients.
Stop and then here for a moment.
If the farmer uses these three magic ingredients to fatten their animals for slaughter. What do you think they are going to do to your family when you feed it to them?
When the farmer feeds his animals this feed it is still in a relatively unrefined state. You might still be able to find some nutrient value in this. When it gets to our food though it is refined even more. It is even more fattening and it is completely nutrient deficient.
For example we give corn to a cow we get high fructose corn syrup in our food.
So is it any wonder we have become obese?
First of all where did it come from?
It came into existence under the Richard Nixon era when he was President of the USA. Nixon himself came from an area where most people were grain farmers.
It made perfect sense and was an easy way to get votes in his local area. Also it was a cheap and easy way to feed the masses so he was going to get the votes of the lower and middle class too.
Who designed it?
A group of guys in a room. There was no doctor or dietitian consulted just people like you and me. They recommend eating 6-11 portions of from the bread, rice, cereal and pasta group.
Stop and think about that for a minute. What type of ingredients are you going to find in these foods? BINGO corn, wheat and soy, exactly what is being used to fatten the animals. So is it any wonder that we are getting fatter and why is it that so many people have failed to put this one together a long time ago.
Another major problem with all this high cereal feeds is fertility problems with the animals. If you would know any farmer using these feeds they are more than likely having problems with their animal’s fertility.
So animal fed that is high in corn, wheat and soy is causing fertility problems. Should it come as any surprise that so many humans are also suffering with infertility issues as well. When we are being prescribed a diet where we are told to eat 6-11 portions of cereals a day.
My final note I will leave you with is this, a group of doctors got together in Sweden. They examined what the best way is to loose body fat. All these doctors were conventionally trained and opposed to the idea of a low carbohydrate diet prior to their study. By the end of their study they had done a complete U-turn on that idea. They realised that a low carbohydrate diet is the best way and now it is being built into their national dietary framework. This is the link below
